It's Just the Beginning.

I spent my weekend in Portland, an area like most that only increases with beauty as the leaves begin to change, fall, and welcome sweaters and scarves.

It's always nice to step away from the chaos that seems to come with being at school and spend time with people that you wish you could see more often, especially someone who I love as much as this girl here.

With a weekend away, I am now ready to start this week fully prepared for the chaos ahead and enjoying this beautiful season. I am thankful it's only the beginning but sad knowing the end will come quicker than I want it to.

Thankfully this means there is only 16 more days until I feel it is socially acceptable to begin playing Christmas music :)

4-0 Baby!

Another weekend that went by much too quickly! I am so thankful to have spent it with some of my favorite people, especially this good looking couple above ;) It also helped that another victory was added to the Beaver's record!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the best parents in the world for 1. Agreeing to support the beavers at the risk of being scolded by all of your Duck loving friends. 2. Driving to see your daughter who misses you both every day. 3. Loving me as much as you do and 4. Allowing me to have the time of my life at the school I love. You two are the definition of amazing.

I hope you all had an equally fantastic weekend! Bring it on Monday.

A DeeGee's Christmas!

For a 'Sorority Girl' Bid Day is like Christmas! It is a day you spend almost a month preparing for, decorating, baking, wrapping, anticipating, and wishing lasted much longer. It's a day that makes you thankful for all of the people you share a home with and call your family. It is also a time when you are more than happy to accept new beautifully wrapped gifts that will fill your home making it even more amazing than it was before the day started.

With that being said, I welcome the newest Delta Gamma members to be a part of this irreplacable family. We already love you and are so proud of our newest presents!

Merry Christmas DeeGees and welcome home! :)
