Graduation Day

I realize this took place 6 weeks ago but, turns out graduating and becoming unemployed can be much busier than one might expect.

So with that, here's a few photos from that terrible and wonderful day when we had to accept reality that college was really over and leave out happy little bubble.

Thank you to everyone who made that day so special and surrounding me with some of the best people in the world.

A Very Merry Christmas

Christmas in the DuVall family is nothing short of a grand celebration.

We celebrate the grace of God in the birth of Jesus Christ
We celebrate the love of God we see within our family
We celebrate the pure bliss that is Peg's cinnamon caramel rolls
We celebrate the gift R.E.I has been in planning our backpacking trip
We celebrate the pure joy that arises when we are all together
We also try and celebrate our love of music but we will get to that later.

Just in case these photos actually tricked you into thinking we're a musically talented family, let me introduce you to the truth.

Twas the night before Christmas...

When all through the house
Photos were taken as cute as a mouse.

Then I realized I don't write poetry and decided to just post photos instead.

Our White Elephant exchange never lets me down, but this year was one for the books.
I don't know if it was Nolan's cuteness, inappropriate wine stoppers, men receiving tights, or the three hours it took, but whatever it was, it was nothing but pure entertainment.

I hope your Christmas Eve was filled with just as much love, joy, and pure craziness.

Thankful

For a God who loves me more than I'll ever know.

For a beautiful, fun, loving, and joyful family.

For friends who have become family.

For my health.

For Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and good coffee.

For Fireplaces and movies.

For this life I get to wake up and live everyday.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving,
filled with Turkey, wine, laughs, cute dogs, and lots of hugs.
